Roadtrippers - Trip Planner app good for

Provides a lot of helpfull Information. The GUI is perhaps not always very intuitive. Nervertheless very nice.
Me and my fiance both love this app for travelling! I really liked how quick and easy it was to program in our trip, and when we had to make a detour for food, it was a breeze to get back on route and on our way. There is a button which you can easily click on to double check that you are going in the right direction, a very handy feature that definitley saved us some time and stress. We use this app anytime we are going on a trip out of town now, and I would definitley recommend this to anyone who travels a lot.
I gave this app 4 stars because there was no 4.9. I have only one significant complaint. It needs to be formatted for IPad. It works on the iPad but needs to go to landscape mode.
This app works admirably. I have used it to plan for a trip across the states. You can search for almost any destination and add it to your trip.
As someone who travels, this app has been helpful and functional.
I have used the app a ton lately one issue Ive had though is it keeps freezing up on me when Im looking at the map. I wish it would just say I need to zoom in more instead of loading a ton of things!

Some bad moments

Ok my previous version was replaced by this (supposedly better) version of Roadtrippers. Well my user id is no longer valid. I cant log on using the app. I try to use Facebook (Id prefer not to) but that doesnt even work. I created an account using the web version, hey thats somewhat usable. I come back to the app version use the email account I used for my web id and that wont let me log in either. Very frustrating.
This is a great app but I cant rate it any better because it has a lot of this broken, mostly in the trip planner
The only reason I am going to hand out a 1 star, is because the app keeps nagging me to review it. So here is your review! Now stop nagging me!!
If this app actually worked the way its supposed to then it would be great, but sadly there are to many bugs which make it way to difficult to use
Ive used roadtrippers for planning my US trip. While it does a good job at putting together multiple points of interest, it is a complete nightmare managing. 1. You can add participants to the trip, but they wont be able to amend it. Its a huge disadvantage for group trips. 2. Finding points of interest seems straightforward, but in fact gives you wrong selection, and found points constantly blink which makes the whole feature complete rubbish. 3. Instead of background saving, every single action renders app inoperable for good 5-10 seconds. In fact, the app does not save a single thing and just fetches data back and forth with the server. Way to go when you are traveling!
I loved the app when it worked but after about 10 min. of usage it kept crashing and the only way for me to get it to work was to delete the app and start over.
